Gina Beltrami graduated Touro college in Bayshore in 2006. Gina has started her career in urgent/emergency medicine and has been practicing in family and geriatric medicine for over 13years. She is personable with patients and treats them how she would want her own family to be treated. She has traveled to Peru for a medical mission with Amazon Promise and stayed in the Amazon to help treat those in need in the villages of the jungle. Gina enjoys running and yoga. She ran her first marathon with the American Cancer Society and raised the most money with her partner than anyone on the team that that year.

Steven Templeton resides in Greenport with his family. Steven is a registered Physician Assistant who is Board Certified and trained in Geriatrics, Emergency Medicine, and Internal Medicine. Steven received his Masters in Physician Assistant studies at Touro College in Bay Shore, NY and his Business Administration Degree from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY. Steven has extensive experience in private practice Geriatrics/Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital, a trauma II Hospital in West Islip. He is dedicated to bringing exceptional medical care to Long Island.
Dr. Robert Bramante, MD
Dr. Robert Bramante is an MD trained at North Shore University Hospital in Emergency Medicine, immediately followed by fellowship training in Emergency Ultrasound. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and abstracts, and has held national leadership positions. Dr. Bramante has contributed on multiple hospital committees as the stroke liaison for Emergency Medicine and in his role as Director of the Division of Emergency Ultrasound and Co-Director of the Clinical Decision Unit at Good Samaritan. He has now joined our team in order to bring the same high quality of medical care to you in the privacy of your home or office.
Steve Sattler, DO
Dr. Steven R. Sattler earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with honors from SUNY Stony Brook and graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004. He went on to complete his residency, including serving as Chief Resident, at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY, and is now board certified in both Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine. Dr. Sattler has an academic appointment as Assistant Clinical Professor at New York Institute of Technology – College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has published many scholarly papers and enjoys lecturing on a variety of topics. He is an active member of both the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians and the American College of Emergency Physicians. When not at work, he treasures time with his wife and three children.A

Kristen graduated from Touro College in 2004 and has been practicing as a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine for 14 years. She is now lucky enough to provide quality care to patients who are homebound. Kristen loves interacting with patients and their families while providing the highest level of care. She was born and raised on Long Island and now resides in Mount Sinai with her husband and 2 kids. She also has a dog and a parrot to help keep things interesting. Aside from spending time with family, She loves cheering on the Mets and spending time at the beach!

Kathleen Rene is a Nurse Practitioner who has been serving the Long Island community through diverse settings. She joined the healthcare industry as a home health aide, and has since pursued her passion by becoming a nursing assistant, a nurse, and subsequently a nurse practitioner. Kathleen graduated from Stony Brook University with a Masters degree in Adult-Gerontology Health. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Dominican College. Her experience includes working in hospitals and community settings. She enjoys working with the adult and geriatric population by implementing safe practices and prioritizing her patients’ integrity. Her goal is to continue delivering quality health services in the community.
Charles Wells, AGNP-C
Charles Wells is a Board Certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with experience in Acute Care as well as Primary Care.
Charles received his Masters of Science Degree from the University of Stony Brook, specializing as a Nurse Practitioner in 2013. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, he worked as a Registered Nurse in Emergency Medicine and Surgical Critical Care for 9 years in the Catholic Health System of Long Island.
Charles is very dedicated and has a strong empathetic relationship with his patients, as well as their family members.
He prides himself on his ability to listen to his patients and takes the time to meet all their needs, striving to help them in any way possible.
He understands the needs of homebound patients and the challenges they face. He is proud to be a member of United Medical House calls.
When not working Charles dedicates his time to volunteer work, specifically helping families that are less fortunate. He also enjoys time with his family and has a special place in his heart for animals.
